Attack's place

On Tuesday May, 17th, 1994, 48-year-old Margalit Ruth Shochat was on her way back from a Shavuot celebration. Terrorists opened fire on her car near Beit Chagai in the south Hevron Hills. Margalit was killed, together with her relative, 36-year-old Rafael Yair, who was also in the car.

Another attack occurred at the same spot, and hence the two commemorations stand at that place.
