On Sunday March 17th 2002, around noon time a terrorist opened fire on bystanders in middle of Kefar Saba. The area was full with young people, most of them school students returning from school.
Noa Orbach 18 years old was killed.
She was commemorated in a public garden in Kefar Saba with a beautiful statue.
