On Saturday night, September 20th, 1954 , the two Gerbi brothers, Bechor, 49 years old and Rachamim, 45 were taking Milk to Ashkelon.
Five terrorists that came from Egypt ambushed them in a near by orchard and opened fire.
Rachamim was killed on spot and Bechor started to fight the terrorists.
The others, partly wounded ran for help, when they came back they found the two brothers were killed.
