On Sukkoth 1980, Aliza Shagrir, 42 years old went with her son Chagay for a short vacation in Paris.
On Friday, October 3rd 1980, while on her way from her Hotel to her friend’s house, near the reform community synagogue on Kopernick Street, an explosion targeting the synagogue occurred.
Aliza was killed on spot. Three more people were killed in the attack.
