On September 5th, 1995, at night, a Palestinian terrorist penetrated the home of the Fry family in Maale Michmash. The Terrorist stabbed the sleeping couple, Daniel Fry, 29, was killed. His wife was wounded and lost her unborn baby.
The Dani view point was built in his memory.
