On Wednesday, September 12th 2001, Ruth Shuai, 47 years old and her husband Shlomo went to Kefar Saba to shop before Rosh Hashana.
Near the Palestinian village Hable, terrorists from an overtaking car opened fire at the couple.
Ruth was badly injured, her husband drove directly to the hospital where Ruth was announced dead.
