Forest in Ganei Tal

On Sunday morning, October 11th,1992, Amatzia Ben Haim, 45 years old went from his Kibbutz Yad Mordechai to Ganei tal in Gush Katif. Around noon while working in the green house he was surprised from behind by one of the Palestinians workers that hit him with a shovel. Amatzia was killed on spot.

On January 30th, 1993, Arik Arfi 31 years old and Elol Suliman, 22,  were in a patrol in Gush Katif near Kefar Darom, terrorists opened fire at the jeep they were in and the two died.
