On October 7th, 2018, A Palestinian terrorist from Kalkilya arrived at the “Alon Metal” factory in Barkan industrial area. The terrorist came to fix something, then he went to his car and took out an assault rifle and opened fire in the office of the factory. After shooting the people in the office he ran away.
From the shooting two people died. Ziv Hagbi, the company accountant, 35 years old, and Kim Yehezkel, 29, the CEO assistant.
